Refund policy
At GOLVAULT STORE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Sale items or clearance products
- Gift cards
- Personal care items
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
